My visit went very smoothly. Friendly greeting when I entered into a new office. The office was clean bright and convenient.
Dr Moss arrived into my waiting room quickly and made me feel comfortable right from the start. He listened to my concerns and addressed all issues to my complete satisfaction. I especially liked the efficient way he performed all actions.

Lauren was very thorough and thoughtful. She was very knowledgeable and positive with my diagnosis and treatment. She spent a lot of time with me in the office and on the phone, never rushing. She always answered all my questions and made sure I understood the treatment she was prescribing. I gratefully appreciate all her attention.

I was seen with Justin, He was thorough and informative.The greet entering the office was very professional and sweet, quick check in. Medical assistant was great. I highly recommend Southbury office.

Prompt visit by MD, no waiting. Very pleasant, clean and spacious office. Staff courteous and friendly. Dr. Moss friendly, approachable and did not hurry my meeting with him. All my concerns were addressed. Overall, could not have been a better experience.

Lauren LISTENED to my concerns, provided answers based on LOGIC and explained what the treatments would be ..I walked into the office with anxiety and left confident I made the right choices because of her knowledge.Great front office too.

Lauren and staff are professional and courteous. Lauren is thorough and listens to and answers all questions. I like the atmosphere of the new office in Southbury. I have been to the Waterbury office too and the staff is very nice, professional and patient. Will go to either office.

I have been a patient of Lauren"s for several visits.
She is the BEST !!
To be more specific, she gives me a very thorough body exam, from scalp to toe. I usually have a few spots that I ask her to check out & there have been three times in the last year and a half that she decided to take a biopsy. Thank goodness she did, as two required surgery & the last one, I am waiting for the biopsy report. She is always very concerned with my comfort while she is doing a procedure. I never feel rushed or embarrassed to ask whatever questions I might have. Bottom line... she is a keeper!

I'm not necessarily dissatisfied with Lauren in particular, but with the entire practice in general. There were several instances where my health and well being was clearly not a priority for them. (e.g. Being instructed to go to the emergency room to have an infection (on my face) drained and antibiotics prescribed, instead of moving up my appt and being seen at their offices by a dermatologist.)
